Do you often run the same types of PickFu polls? And do you find it tedious having to create each poll from scratch?
You’re going to love Templates.
Templates let you bypass our Poll Builder and go straight to poll templates you’ve created based on the polls you run most often.
Think of them as a fast-forward button for the poll creation process. If you’re a frequent PickFu user, Templates will save you precious time.
There are two ways to create a Template.
1. Start from scratch
Click Templates in your header menu:
This will prompt you to create your first template:
Click Create template, and build a poll as you normally would. Then, click Save template at the bottom of the page:
That’s it. You’ll see all of your saved Templates in your Templates menu.
If you’ve built a poll that you want to save as a Template, don’t launch the poll just yet.
Scroll to the bottom of your Poll Builder page and click the three-dot menu.
Now, hit Save template to save it in your Templates menu:
You can launch polls directly from your saved Templates.
You can also edit and duplicate Templates, or share them with your team — all with one click from the three-dot menu of each Template:
We think you’ll appreciate the ready-to-run advantage that Templates give you. Send us your feedback and suggestions anytime.
You can now run micro polls of 15 respondents.
You’ve been asking for a while now about running polls of less than 50 people, so we’re thrilled to roll this out.
Polling a small audience of 15 respondents is the fastest way to get results. It gives you the flexibility to run more polls, which is useful when you’re in the development phase and need quick, directional feedback.
You’ll see your audience size options in the Poll Builder: 15, 50, 100, 200, and 500 respondents.
We're excited to announce that we’ve launched the new PickFu polling experience, consisting of two major improvements to the app:
Here's a quick video going over the changes
We've been testing both of these features in an open beta and are excited to fully launch them to everyone. This will replace our old poll builder, but don't worry, all the features you've come to love are still there and better than ever.
We're really excited to share some of the new benefits of the experience with you. Here are a few reasons we think you'll like the next experience more:
All existing poll builder features are supported in the new experience, so switching should be as seamless as clicking a button. Any feedback or questions can be sent to info@pickfu.com and we will be in touch.
Competitive testing is one of the smartest things you can do as an Amazon seller. Many of our e-commerce customers use it to compare their Amazon listings, photos, and pricing with other sellers. But even our craftiest users know that creating high-quality mockups of listings to test can be a hassle.
That’s why we’re excited today to unveil the PickFu Amazon Mockup Generator.
With our new tool, you can now mock up Amazon product listings and launch a competitive test with your target customers from one spot. It’s quick, easy, and free to use.
Creating mockups of product listings usually requires complex design and editing software and a fair amount of technical savvy.
You need to clip and snip listings and swap out images. To run a fair comparison, you should also adjust details such as pricing and reviews to be consistent. Some sellers get stuck before they even start.
We wanted to help sellers get over the hurdle of mockup creation so they can get on with the crucial step of competitive testing. We knew there had to be an easier way than futzing with Photoshop or crying over CSS.
So, we built it.
There are three ways to import Amazon listings into the Mockup Generator:
Next, customize the listings based on what you want to test.
Using the edit tool in the upper right corner, you can:
The “Unify listings” box is a shortcut for equalizing the price, review count, and star rating across your mockups. Doing so ensures a fair comparison and removes the potential for biased results.
Once you’ve edited your mockups, import them into our Poll Builder with one click and launch your competitive test.
Here’s how you can use mock Amazon listings in a competitive test on PickFu:
That’s a start, but we won’t be surprised if you find more creative ways to use our mockup tool. Let us know if you do.
With the feedback you get from your comparison poll, you can start making changes and improvements to your products, photos, and listings immediately — a genius move, if you ask us.
As our global user base grows, we want to make sure we’re meeting your needs in the language you prefer.
To that end, the Chinese translation of poll comments is now available.
If your browser language is set to Chinese, you’ll see a translation button near the top of your poll results page.
Click the button and responses will automatically translate to Chinese. We’ll be rolling out more features for non-native English speakers, so stay tuned.
Need to clarify a poll respondent’s comment or get more details? You can now ask as many follow-up questions as you want to get the answers you need. With no limit on the number of follow-ups you ask, you’re able to dig into respondents’ comments for deeper insights.
