We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience with PickFu. Here are the latest platform updates and improvements from the past month!
Earlier this year, we launched the new Survey Builder, which lets you ask the same audience up to eight questions at a time.
We’re excited to share that when building your multi-question surveys, you can now target audiences across all of our global panels, not only the U.S.!
As a reminder, here are the countries you can currently target:
🇺🇸 United States
🇨🇦 Canada
🇲🇽 Mexico
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
🇩🇪 Germany
🇪🇸 Spain
🇦🇺 Australia
🇯🇵 Japan
Surveying audiences in different countries is a great way to validate your products, branding, messaging, and more with different markets (and make sure you’re hitting the mark with each country’s unique preferences).

Now you can analyze your results faster, easier, and more thoroughly with our improved CSV export. This will especially be helpful for parsing through multi-question survey data.
Here are the key updates you’ll find:
To try it, go to your poll or survey results page, click the “download” icon near the top right corner, then click “CSV” to start the download.
Have you tried our Survey Builder yet? We’ve been busy adding a bunch of new features, including:
We’ve added two new poll templates for common use cases, so you can launch polls and get insights even faster.
📢 Ad message resonance test: understand whether your ad is conveying the right message to your target audience.
🛒 Product page comparison: compare two different product listing URLs to discover which one your audience is more likely to buy.
Is there a different poll template you’d like to see? Reach out to our team to let us know!
We’ve made several back-end improvements to increase the speed of panel responses, the Poll Builder, and the PickFu platform in general.
We’ve added auto-translation support for our Japanese audience panel to bring those features in-line with our other international panels.
Your account settings have been moved to a gear icon on the right of the nav bar, consolidating multiple common actions in a more accessible place (including logging out, changing your account language, inviting your team, and accessing the full settings page).
